Making Every Lesson Count

I’m here to give you the personalized attention you deserve so that you can reach your full potential as a hoop dancer; so you can have fun and express yourselves in creative, artistic and energizing ways :) and all while moving and engaging your muscles :) Hoop dancing is a full body workout!! But it can also be calm and relaxing as well; an escape, a release, a stress reliever, moving meditation :)
